A global renewable energy company is seeking a logistics professional in Sevilla, Spain, to manage the purchase and transportation of materials for photovoltaic solar plants. The ideal candidate has a Higher Education in Logistics, a minimum of 3 years experience in logistics within relevant environments, and knowledge of SAP. The role offers a fixed-term contract with remote work options twice a week.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee national and international transportation of equipment and materials.
• Handle transportation documentation and compliance.
• Manage International Trade processes including customs procedures.
• Oversee import clearances in coordination with suppliers and customs agents.
• Prepare RFQs and negotiate contracts.
• Manage logistics providers and monitor budget consumption.

Your mission will be to management of logistics associated with the purchase of supplies of equipment and materials for photovoltaic solar plants under construction and in operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee national and international transportation of equipment and materials, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met.
• Handle transportation documentation and compliance (CMR, proformas, taxes, schedules, loading/unloading, etc.).
• Manage International Trade processes: Incoterms, RPAs, customs procedures, tariff codes (Europe and LATAM).
• Oversee import clearances in coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents, including customs settlement forecasts per project.
• Prepare RFQs, monitor and analyze supplier offers, create commercial tabulations, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage logistics providers, service orders, and related invoices.
• Monitor and control the logistics budget consumption.
• Experience with SAP (Sourcing and Hana) will be considered a plus.

Job Requirements

• Higher Education Cycle in Transport and Logistics.
• English level equivalent to B2
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in construction, industrial, or energy project environments.
• Experience in SAP environment an advantage. Sourcing and Hana.
