Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the supply chain process from China to Europe.
• Monitor shipments and proactively inform about delays in arrivals to Europe.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations department to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and other issues.
• Evaluate and report based on KPIs.
• Serve as the contact point regarding transport status, delivery confirmations, and delays.
• Manage logistics projects.
• Oversee order releases and follow-up.
• Generate reports using Warehouse Management Systems and stock reports.
