Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of journey owners and product owners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  2. Design End-to-End Learning Journeys: Oversee the creation of comprehensive, blended learning pathways tailored to specific roles, career stages, and leadership tracks.
  3. Develop Scalable Learning Products: Support the Product Owner Led with the development of modular learning solutions (e.g., toolkits, simulations, coaching guides, curated content) that support strategic capability areas such as Sales, Performance, and Leadership.
  4. Ensure Personalization and Progression: Oversee creation of adaptive learning experiences that support individual growth and measurable development outcomes.
  5. Leverage Learning Technologies: Champion the use of MyLearningHub and other digital tools to deliver personalized, data-driven learning at scale.
  6. Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with senior stakeholders, P&C, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and co-create impactful learning strategies.
  7. Ensure Global Relevance and Local Adaptation: Balance global consistency with local customization to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness across regions.
  8. Drive Continuous Improvement: Use learner feedback, analytics, and performance data to refine learning journeys and products for maximum impact.
  9. Standardize and Scale: Implement consistent processes and frameworks for content development and journey orchestration.
  10. Champion a Learning Culture: Act as an advocate for continuous learning and development across the organization.
  11. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor external learning innovations and integrate best practices into our learning ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)
