A recruitment agency in Marbella is seeking an experienced Lead Sales Coordinator to improve operations in telemarketing and sales teams. You will lead a team handling inbound real estate enquiries, ensuring high performance and prioritisation. The ideal candidate has over 4 years in sales leadership, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is proficient in CRM systems. A salary package of €30,000 to €35,000 gross, plus commissions, is offered.

  • Conduct internal audits on calls, emails, and follow-ups.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Lead Sales Coordinator to oversee operations in the telemarketing and sale teams to improve the handling of inbound real estate enquiries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 year’s experience in leading a sales team ideally in the real estate sector

Fluent in English and Spanish

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar

Experienced user of CRM systems-HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc

Results driven with ability to prioritise and manage teams and processes.

Responsibilities:

Establish procedures for handling incoming sales lead from new lead to sale completed

Assign, prioritise and monitor performance of leads to sales and telemarketing team

Analyse and generate reports on KPIs

Identify training needs in sale techniques and CRMs

Ensure quality of leads and collaborate with IT department and marketing as required.

Conduct internal audits on calls, emails and follow-ups

Package:

Luxury office based in Marbella

Hours- Monday to Thursday -09.00-18.00, Friday 09.00-15.00

Salary: €30,000-€35,000 gross plus sales commissions
