About The Position

SMEs are vital to the European economy, yet securing funding remains a challenge for many entrepreneurs. We aim to change that by using AI-powered analysis for fairer, real-time credit assessments, helping entrepreneurs access on-demand financing.

We seek a strategic, customer-focused Lead Product Manager to own and develop Finom's Credit Products, driving our lending business and shaping how entrepreneurs access financing across Europe. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and the Head of Credit, playing a key part in delivering customer value and business results.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for lending products.
• Manage the credit product portfolio, including existing offerings and new launches across segments and markets.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Establish and analyze KPIs and OKRs for the Credit Domain.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Become a subject-matter expert in SME financing and credit customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements.

Who You Are

• 7+ years in product management in financial services, preferably in SME SaaS or Fintech.
• Deep understanding of Credit products.
• Knowledge of SME needs and challenges in financial management.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in English.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced startups or management consultancies.
• Experience with SME SaaS / Fintech products in Europe.
