What you will do

As an SEO Specialist at Labelnone, you will focus on all relevant aspects of search engine optimization. Working closely with your colleagues in the SEO and digital marketing team, you will drive organic growth through strategic optimizations and in-depth analysis. Your expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics tools will be essential in optimising clients overall SEO performance and maximizing visibility. If you have a passion for technical SEO, creative solutions, and continuous optimization, we want you on our team!

• Conducting SEO audits, implementing optimizations, and consulting on best practices based on input from our clients or team.

• Utilizing SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Screaming Frog to analyze website performance and deliver SEO recommendations aimed at improving rankings and increasing organic traffic.

• Leading on-page and technical SEO optimizations, including site structure improvements, internal linking strategies, schema markup implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

• Managing content strategy and keyword research, ensuring alignment with client goals and search intent, while improving visibility and user experience.

• Engage directly with agency and end-clients, providing clear communication and managing projects effectively from inception to completion.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO, preferable in an agency setting.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console

• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools such as Rank Ranger, Majestic, Semrush, and Screaming Frog

• Analytical mindset, seeing SEO as more than just keyword-research and content-writing

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in direct client contact, in Dutch and English (at least C1)

• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
