Overview

Wireless Network Optimisation Engineer

We are seeking an entry-level Wireless Network Optimisation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of wireless network optimisation strategies and contribute to the growth and development of our network capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking daily departmental tasks, including network security management and team capability development.
• Contribute to delivery projects to learn wireless network optimisation through hands-on work with guidance provided.
• Act as a communication interface between the frontline project team and R&D in China, supporting on-site issue resolution and solution adaptation after acquiring basic optimisation skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level engineer, fresh graduates or those who have graduated within 1.5 years.
• Background in science or engineering preferred, with strong logical thinking skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn and grow.
• Chinese is a must, being able to describe professional needs in Chinese is not just about everyday conversation.
• Willing and planning to develop a long-term career in this field (wireless optimisation and related), with potential career growth opportunities based on skill development and project performance.
