A multinational educational organization is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Person to join their team in Barcelona. This role involves making inbound and outbound calls, upgrading customers, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of sales experience and an advanced/native level of Italian, along with B2 level English. The position offers a fixed salary with an attractive commission plan and flexible working arrangements.

Formación

  • 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
  • Advanced/native level of Italian required.
  • Minimum B2 level of English.

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Upgrade and renew current customer accounts.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Take ownership of direct sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Respond proactively to client queries.
  • Perform database activities and record keeping.

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.
  • Upgrade and Renew current customers.
  • Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
  • Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
  • Performs database and record-keeping activities.
  • Operate in a truly international environment and a young team.
Requirements:
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
  • An advanced/native level of Italian. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).
  • A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
  • The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
