We are looking for a Junior QA.

You will join our team of developers and testers with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment.

The role

As a passionate and proactive Junior QA, you will play an active role in our Agile environment as part of our QA department.

From day one, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, functionality, quality, and performance of our products by using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience.

Your key tasks will include:

1. Performing a variety of tests, such as regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software stability.
2. Conducting both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
3. Conducting tests across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
4. Reporting issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly.
5. Verifying that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.
6. Attending daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues, and potential blockers.
7. Assisting in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
8. Collaborating with QA, development, and business teams to ensure thorough testing.
9. Researching and utilizing testing tools to improve automation and performance.
10. Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA.

The skill set our ideal candidate would have

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of manual testing tools.
• Experience in writing clear, concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
• Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies.
• A problem-solving mindset, patience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
• Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with test automation tools.
• Interest and some knowledge of AI.
