A leading garment manufacturer with a European office in Barcelona seeks a skilled professional to manage client accounts. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with clients, negotiate prices with buyers, and collaborate with production teams in China. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with Asia production, a bachelor's degree in business or fashion, and proficiency in Spanish and English. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Our European overseas office is a highly creative design and merchandising studio based in central Barcelona, providing design and production to market‑leading companies such as Inditex, Bestseller group, LPP group, Spanish market, USA market, UK market, German and France markets and many more.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a solid professional relationship with clients of your account by using strong communication and commercial skills.
• Establish close working partnership with our China‑based production teams.
• Follow up on fabric sourcing and fabric development for your clients, including the ability to use your initiative to recognize potential opportunities to grow business for the group.
• Negotiate prices and deliveries with buyers in case this is required for your account and work with our production teams to find solutions in costing and deliveries.
• Lead your account’s critical path from confirming the order until the delivery of the production under the guidance of our Production manager and Director.
• Closely monitor quality standards and inspections with our technical and China production teams.
• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with clients, presenting new collections and general business development alongside our design teams.

• Ability to work cohesively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position and Asia production experience required.
• Availability to travel overseas regularly.
• A university bachelor's degree in business or fashion (master’s preferred).
• Spanish and English speaking ability; a third language such as Chinese or French preferred but not essential.
• Driver’s license.
