HiCareer is supporting a growing B2C Tech company in hiring a Junior Frontend Developer. The platform is used daily by tens of thousands of consumers across Europe, and the product team is focused on expanding features, improving performance, and refining design.

This role is a launchpad for your career — you’ll contribute to real features from day one, learn modern frameworks, and collaborate with senior developers and designers in a highly agile environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Develop user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Collaborate with design to create responsive and accessible interfaces
• Support the development of the company’s component library and design system
• Help improve performance, testing, and CI/CD workflows
• Participate in peer reviews, demos, and sprint planning
• Deliver your first production-ready feature within 6 weeks
• Take ownership of UI components in the design system
• Contribute to performance improvements in at least one core user flow
• Build strong coding habits through mentoring and reviews

What They’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in frontend development
• Used to work with AI tools i.e. Cursor or similar to speed up delivery
• Interest in design systems, accessibility, and user experience
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) is a plus
• Fluent in English, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced SaaS/Tech environment
• Remote-first, distributed across Europe
• Clear growth path and the opportunity to work with a senior Engineering team
