WAGE RANGE: Reg. $25.52–$26.21, Sleep $21.07–$21.55

REQUIREMENTS

• Community College Diploma in Social Services or University Degree in Social Sciences. Related experience preferred. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to community living.
• Experience and commitment to Person-Centered Planning.
• Flexibility to work across different areas within the Association.
• Ability to involve individuals in their communities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience demonstrating core competencies.
• Ability to collaborate within a larger day supports team.
• Comfortable providing personal care.
• Ability to complete Q-Straint training and operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
• Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License and provide proof upon hiring.
