About the Role :

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of Equito.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to improving and scaling our systems, primarily built on Google Cloud + Firebase.
• Develop and enhance internal tools to streamline operations.
• Support feature development and optimize existing functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Skills & Experience Required :

• Web development skills with React or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud and Firebase.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Database knowledge - NoSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with React and Next.js.
• Prior experience developing and scaling products and internal tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
