This role involves leading teams in data management applications like Databricks and Snowflake within a complex, global environment, especially in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent English proficiency is required. This is a pivotal role requiring both business acumen and technological insights.

Overview

5+ years of proven hands-on project management experience in agile delivery environments, taking a leading role in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural team.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery in agile environments with multiple vendors and teams.
• Experience in the delivery of data management applications (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) in a global, complex environment, preferably insurance segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information, or equivalent discipline required.
• Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle, system implementation methodologies and associated best practices.
• Track record of managing business stakeholders and suppliers and building and developing delivery teams at scale.
• Structured working approach with strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Very strong ownership, proactivity and communication skills.
• Balanced mix of business acumen and technology savviness.
• Very good English language. C1.
