A growing IT staffing company in Madrid seeks an experienced IT Recruiter to enhance their team. You will manage recruitment for freelance IT consultants and proactively source candidates. Ideal candidates will possess at least a year of recruitment experience, be native Portuguese speakers, and fluent in English and Spanish. Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.

After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are now looking to continue this growth by hiring experienced IT recruiter to strengthen our Madrid office and support the development of the Iberian market, with a strong focus on Portugal .

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for freelance IT consultants
• Proactively source and build your talent pipeline in a fast-growing sector
• Maintain direct contact with candidates : screening, evaluating profiles, and managing the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment needs with client demands

Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English&Spanish
