Formación

• 10+ years experience in IT infrastructure for international operations (Cat. I).
• 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure for international operations (Cat. II).
• Experience in difficult logistical environments.

Descripción del empleo

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

Overview

The overall objective of this assignment is to :

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert : IT Expert (Cat. I or II)

Qualifications and Skills :

• Degree in computer science / IT / math / statistics OR equivalent training + experience.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure (hardware / software), communications (satellite, GPS, VHF / HF), website management, and CMS.
• Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C2).

General Experience :

• Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in IT infrastructure for international operations.

Specific Experience :

• Work in difficult logistical environments.
• IT system design and maintenance.
• Election observation mission experience (asset).
