A degree in Computer Science or equivalent along with advanced knowledge in Windows security and familiarity with virtualization tools is required. Main responsibilities :

Cybersecurity Plan Compliance

• Execute and maintain the company’s internal cybersecurity plan, ensuring coverage of local networks, device configuration, cloud policies, and related areas
• Monitor compliance with internal and external security standards
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, vulnerabilities, and trends in cybersecurity, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct periodic security audits and propose improvements to strengthen the company’s cyber resilience

Internal Software & Systems Deployment

• Deploy, configure, and manage internal software and tools to support business operations
• Administer virtualization platforms, container environments, and internal servers
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of IT systems
• Provide technical support and training to employees on IT tools and security best practices

Network & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of local and remote networks
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures
• Manage access rights and identity security (IAM) across systems and cloud platform

Incident Response & Monitoring

• Detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents
• Maintain monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS / IPS, endpoint protection, etc.)
• Document incidents, lessons learned, and implement corrective actions

This position bridges IT administration and cybersecurity governance, ensuring both smooth day-to-day operations and strong protection of company data and systems. The IT & Cybersecurity Administrator will :

• Be responsible for the security, stability, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure
• Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity policies, audits, and compliance with customer / industry standards
• Support digital transformation and cloud adoption while ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance like ISO / IEC 27001
• Collaborate with management to align IT / cybersecurity strategy with business goals

Required qualifications and experience

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Vocational Education and Training (higher level).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge in Windows installation / configuration and security tools (antivirus, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming tools : languages, virtual machines, Docker, Git, etc.
