The role involves developing proposals and managing campaigns with influencers and content creators, requiring over 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and strong knowledge of the digital entertainment landscape. Overview

We are looking for someone to join the Influencers & Entertainment team, who can support us with innovative proposals and the development of influencer and content campaigns in the digital entertainment space.

Responsibilities
  • Developing commercial proposals with content creators and influencers and presenting them to clients.
  • Developing commercial content proposals in entertainment areas, mainly gaming and music, and presenting them to clients.
  • Activating and managing campaigns with clients and partners.
  • Preparing and presenting follow-up reports, campaign wrap-ups, and performance analyses.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing proactive proposals for brands.
  • Supporting the team in innovation projects.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends in social media, entertainment, and communication.
Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (proposal development, activation, KPI tracking, and final analysis with learnings).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media and new platforms, as well as the content creator and influencer landscape.
  • Experience in developing proposals and reports for digital content campaigns.
  • Experience in client management.
  • Knowledge of digital entertainment trends, especially in gaming and music, will be valued.
Skills
  • C1 level of English will be valued by Talent Team
  • Problem‑solving, organized, and analytical mindset.
  • Creative profile with strong adaptability.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in public presentations.
  • Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
