What you will do in this role: We believe in doing right by our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. You will be a dynamic and results-driven inbound sales professional responsible for inbound calls, driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. You will deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of SMB clients, build strong relationships, understand business challenges, and articulate value.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for SMB clients
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Manage inbound lines and emails
Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level
  • One year of related sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written), including telephone and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals
