Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain the Continuity and Cybersecurity Exercise (CCEx) Service.
• Design, lead, and execute cybersecurity exercises, simulations, and drills (tabletop, red teaming, incident response).
• Develop exercise materials, workshops, and training programs.
• Deliver simulations, workshops, and webinars to strengthen resilience and continuity capabilities.
• Ensure the smooth operation of CCEx platforms and tools.
• Stay abreast of evolving cyber threats, exercise methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CCEx-related matters.
• Support incident response activities as required.
• Participate in special projects or provide ad-hoc support to other teams when necessary.

Skills / Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience in continuity and cybersecurity exercise development.
• Strong knowledge of simulation methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing cybersecurity drills as part of blue/red team operations.
• Background in cybersecurity areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessments.
• Excellent ability to translate customer requirements into technical implementations.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
