A global company in the food supply chain is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead its HR department. The candidate will develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills with Works Councils, is people-oriented, and is knowledgeable in HR metrics.
Job Overview
This role involves leading the HR department, directing routine functions, and supporting leadership teams on a range of HR topics. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience in negotiating with Works Councils and industrial sites, logistics, and road transportation. They will also be people-oriented and results-driven, with demonstrable experience in Human Resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
