Mission
We are seeking an HRIS & Data Manager to join our dynamic and transformative People team in Madrid. The HRIS and Data Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS systems and collaborating with IT and People Controlling teams to improve HRIS functionalities. This role is critical in leveraging data to drive actionable insights and shape innovative strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, curious, and skilled at uncovering solutions that guide creative and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Management
- Act as the system owner for our HRIS (Personio), managing configuration, upgrades, and user permissions.
- Lead the implementation of new modules and integrations with other systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, Performance system).
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and process alignment across global locations.
- Support HR operations with workflows, automation, and process optimization within the HRIS.
- Provide HRIS training and documentation to users across areas.
- Serve as a key point of contact between HR, IT, and external providers.
People Data Analytics & Reporting
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs (headcount, attrition, DEI, etc.).
- Design and deliver data analyses to support strategic initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, compensation reviews).
- Partner with Finance, IT, and leadership to align data needs and provide forecasting support.
- Conduct audits and ensure data integrity across all employee lifecycle stages.
- Manage data-related requests from leadership and respond with agility and insight.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Spanish and English.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, with proven expertise in HR Data management and HRIS management and optimization.
- Experience with Looker, PowerBI, or similar data analytics tools.
- Ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business teams.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and solution presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
