WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Ensure processes and procedures, in order to foster employee development, alignment, and commitment, together with other departments, in line with the Group’s policies, strategy, and both short- and long-term objectives.

  • Ensure adherence to the processes, procedures, and systems of the department (recruitment, communication, training, succession, evaluation, etc.) within your scope of responsibility, supporting the alignment of employees with the Group’s strategy under the supervision of your manager.
  • Collaborate in the proposal, design, and management of HR information systems and structures to measure and implement action plans according to company needs across the Group, ensuring their proper functioning within your area of responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties as required to carry out activities within your scope of responsibility, escalating issues that exceed your authority.
  • Ensure the accurate registration and continuous updating of information within your area of responsibility, in line with the Group’s and department’s processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in fields related to HR
  • Previous experience: More than 2 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel
  • Having knowledge or experience with people management software
  • TExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
