We want someone who enjoys connecting with the best IT talent, drives human resources initiatives, can lead the department, and becomes a strategic partner for our technical teams.
Design and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for IT profiles.
Manage end-to-end selection processes: defining roles with team leads, active searching, telephone and soft skills interviews, and support in the offer process.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and good practices in HR.
Keep track of i+D+I grants and subsidies.
Promote employer branding programs specific to the tech sector.
Support managers and teams in development, training, and performance processes.
Create initiatives to improve the company's organizational culture and promote internal growth.
Attend trade shows and community events in the sector.
At least 3 years' experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with a focus on IT.
Ability to identify and attract tech profiles in a competitive market.
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other IT hunting platforms.
Experience managing key areas of Human Resources: talent development, performance management, culture, work environment.
Experience with HR management platforms (Factorial).
Strategic mindset, clear communication, and passion for the tech sector.
Language : Spanish (required), English (nice to have)
Part-time contract (20-30 hours)
