Se requiere licenciatura y más de 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de liderazgo en un entorno multinacional.

As they continue to launch new innovations into the plastic and reconstruction surgery space and grow their presence globally, they are looking for an HR Director EMEA & APAC to lead their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company in hyper-growth as they launch a significant innovation to transform the breast aesthetics industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategies and initiatives, being a true business partner for the Senior Leadership team for their Global Consumer Business Unit and all the teams across the EMEA and APAC regions.
You will support and lead the company's transformation as it becomes a global organisation, implementing a new HR model in the region whilst inputting new systems and processes. Leading and supporting a matrix organisation of varying functions with a strong focus on commercial and marketing operations and functions.
