In this role, you will develop HR policies together with the CHRO and your colleagues HRBP from the Netherlands and Belgium and practically implement these strategic plans. You will support management in achieving objectives and contribute to a positive working environment. As a trusted advisor, you will integrate HR initiatives with the broader business strategy.

As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for :

  • Effectively recruit and select suitable candidates for open positions, including managing the entire recruitment process and coordinating onboarding.
  • Optimise and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, providing advice and support to employees and managers.
  • Maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, employees and external partners.
  • Implement performance management process and a vision for career development of our employees.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes for employees.
  • Supervision of the timely payroll for Spain, in consultation with a local payroll partner and the support of a member of the team.
  • Management of a member of the HR Team in Spain.

This is you :

  • You have experience as an HR Business Partner
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Spanish employment legislation
  • You enjoy advising managers on HR issues
  • You know how to recruit, retain and develop talent.
  • You act ethically, make decisions with integrity and respect for the organisation and employees
  • You like to roll up your sleeves
  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Your team :

The HR team consists of a CHRO, two enthusiastic HRBPs in Belgium and the Netherlands and three supporting HR colleagues. In this enthusiastic team, there is room for you to take ownership of the HR processes and be a point of contact for our employees in Spain.
