Core Missions In The HRBP Perimeter
- Provides support and coaches managers on HR-related topics.
- Works closely with managers daily, advising and guiding them on HR aspects of their roles.
Contributes to the operational results of the Site
- Acts as the HR representative for all internal stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with rules by employees, especially regarding safety; participates in Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy.
- Manages headcounts for both permanent and temporary staff, including participation in PDP and validation of temporary needs for Production.
- Monitors absenteeism, develops and implements improvement plans.
- Supports the deployment of the Site's Strategy.
People & Organization Development
- Coordinates and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes, and policies.
- Participates in organizational evolution projects and proposes changes.
- Ensures proper Job grading methodology and related Compensation & Benefits applications.
- Manages recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Identifies learning needs and actions for competence development based on site, technological, and company requirements.
- Plans and prioritizes training actions within budget.
- Identifies potential internal trainers based on training needs and development paths.
Health, Safety & Working Conditions
- Implements and enforces all Health, Security, and Environment rules.
- Addresses risks with QRQC tools.
- Follows up on unfitness situations and adapts work conditions accordingly.
- Implements Quality of Life at Work policies and improvement plans.
- Supports managers in HR-related health, safety, and working conditions topics.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinates deployment of the 5 Axes plan and associated action plans.
- Contributes to V5000 self-assessment and improvement.
- Advises on 5 Axes methodology, emphasizing employee engagement.
- Participates in the Site 5 Axes Committee to suggest improvements for IP activities.
Employee Relations
- Maintains or improves social climate and relations with union representatives.
- Implements actions and communication on Employee Relations aligned with HR strategy.
- Supports the Site HR Manager as needed.
Communication
- Coordinates internal communication actions per the Site's plan.
Personal Administration & Data Management
- Ensures compliance with HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance, vacations).
- Validates overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.
Learning Specific Missions
- Serves as interface between Managers and Learning stakeholders.
Time Attendance / Payroll Missions
- Validates site payroll in the absence of HR Manager or on delegation.
Internal Communication Missions
- Leads communication to employees and managers within the site.
Well-being Missions
- Leads & animates the Quality of Life at Work Committee.
- Deploys well-being improvement plans.
Employee Engagement Missions
- Deploys the 5 Axes foundation action plan.
Talent Development Missions
- Serves as the Talent Development referent for the site, coordinating with Group and stakeholders.
- Coordinates Talent Development campaigns, such as annual appraisals.
Talent Acquisition & Campus Management
- Organizes local campus actions and participates in events to promote employer branding.
Requirements for the Position
- Business & Administration Degree, Master, or similar studies.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and programming skills.
- Passionate about HR topics.
- Result-oriented, committed to teamwork in an international environment.
- Professionalism and transparency.
- English at C1 level and fluency in the local language.
- Onsite position, preferably local to the area.
