A leading recruitment firm in Madrid is seeking an HR Analyst to monitor and analyze retention and turnover trends. Responsibilities include designing compensation packages and supporting the HR department's efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Human Resources and at least 3 years of HR experience, alongside excellent analytical and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced English is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in HR.
• Familiar with HRM systems.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor retention and turnover trends.
• Design compensation and benefits packages.
• Support HR department’s overall efficiency.
• Track staff cost changes.
• Assist in the control of the HR department’s budget.
