A prominent aerospace company in Getafe seeks a motivated HR Generalist to support HRBPs and Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and an advanced level of English. Responsibilities include managing HR administrative processes, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, analyzing HR data, and maintaining documentation. This is an entry-level role in the HR Business Partnership family, offering opportunities for growth and experience in a dynamic environment.

Formación

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or similar fields.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR topics.
  • Strong organization skills.

Job Description:

An opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Madrid (Getafe).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners in their daily activities and projects, with the following activities:

  • Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs
  • Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities
  • Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance
  • Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities
  • Keep up to date documentation and contribute to the standardisation of communications
