Overview
The HR&Admin Specialist is responsible for day to day administrative issues as well as support of all HR initiatives in accordance with corporate guidelines and local laws.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure understanding and compliance with respect to human resource policies & procedures.
- Under the direction of the Head of HR&Admin Dept, coordinate various human resource programs.
- Provide operational support in areas such as Employee Induction, Terminations, Employee Pre-employment medical tests and Employee's KPI designs.
- Execute company policies and actions within the framework of local law.
- Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs / events in compliance with department needs.
- Coordinate termination / cessation of service documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all personnel policies and company handbooks.
- Manage the employee communications to ensure announcements, notices, polices, etc. are properly distributed throughout the office.
- Act as local liaison / daily contact for various administrative related providers.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking, as well as the fixed assets control.
- Manage & organize office operations; staff support / communication / coordination.
- Coordinate and manage all daily administrative issues of Madrid office, giving all necessary support for the HQ visits or external customers.
- Coordinate with the relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regularly update the line manager on new rules and regulations.
Hiring Requirements
Experience / Skills / Education
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in HR and Admin functions.
- Bachelor in Human Resources or similar majors.
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills required.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge on HR policies and practices, GDPR knowledge would be preferred.
- Knowledge of local governmental policy, regulations and labor laws.
- Resourceful, results focused and detail-oriented.
- Analytical and computer literate.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a solo working environment.
