This role oversees hospitality and non-clinical wellness operations, ensuring a structured and supportive environment for clients in recovery. The manager will coordinate client activities while maintaining discretion and aligning services with individual recovery plans. Formación

Role Overview

The Hotel Operations & Wellness Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the full residential, hospitality, and non-clinical wellness operations of Oasis Premium Recovery, ensuring a highly structured, supportive, and discreet environment for clients undergoing addiction, burnout, and mental health recovery.

This role goes beyond traditional hotel management and requires a strong understanding of recovery dynamics, emotional vulnerability, boundaries, and structure. The manager ensures that hospitality services, wellness activities, and therapeutic schedules operate in seamless alignment with each client’s individualized recovery plan, while maintaining clear separation from clinical decision-making.

Expanded Key Responsibilities
1. Recovery-Sensitive Guest Experience
  • Create and maintain a calm, predictable, and emotionally safe living environment
  • Ensure staff interactions reflect trauma‑informed and recovery‑aware principles
  • Monitor guest well‑being from an operational perspective and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Maintain absolute discretion, confidentiality, and respect for client dignity
2. Supervision of Client Appointments & Scheduling
  • Oversee and coordinate daily client schedules, including:
  • Therapy sessions (individual & group)
  • Wellness activities (yoga, fitness, mindfulness, bodywork)
  • Medical or clinical appointments with external providers
  • Ensure punctuality, smooth transitions, and minimal stress for clients
  • Act as the operational point of contact between clients, therapists, wellness providers, and drivers
  • Adapt schedules in response to client condition, energy levels, or recovery needs (within approved plans)

Note: This role coordinates logistics only and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical guidance.

3. Supervision of Wellness & Therapeutic Departments
  • Oversee daily operations of all non‑clinical therapeutic and wellness services, including:
  • Wellness practitioners
  • Fitness and movement instructors
  • Yoga, meditation, breathwork facilitators
  • Massage and bodywork providers
  • Ensure practitioners adhere to Oasis standards, ethics, and recovery‑sensitive conduct
  • Coordinate schedules, space usage, and session flow
  • Monitor quality, client feedback, and alignment with recovery goals
4. Accommodation & Facility Operations
  • Full responsibility for residential units, communal spaces, and outdoor areas
  • Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams
  • Ensure facilities support recovery needs (quiet zones, privacy, safety, aesthetics)
  • Maintain high luxury hospitality standards at all times
5. Food, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coordination
  • Coordinate meal services with chefs and nutrition partners
  • Ensure alignment with recovery‑supportive nutrition plans and dietary restrictions
  • Oversee meal timing in harmony with therapy schedules
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and wellness feedback
6. Staff Leadership & Recovery‑Aware Training
  • Recruit, train, and manage hospitality and wellness support staff
  • Ensure all staff understand:
  • Addiction and mental health sensitivity
  • Boundaries with clients
  • Crisis awareness and escalation protocols
  • Foster a calm, respectful, and highly professional team culture
7. Cross‑Functional Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with:
  • Program coordinators
  • Case managers
  • External clinics and therapists
  • Senior management
  • Provide daily operational updates and incident reports when necessary
  • Support arrivals, departures, and transitions with heightened sensitivity
8. Compliance, SOPs & Risk Awareness
  • Ensure operations comply with hospitality, health & safety, and internal recovery protocols
  • Implement and maintain SOPs for:
  • Client scheduling
  • Wellness service delivery
  • Emergency and escalation procedures
  • Maintain clear documentation and audit‑ready operational records
Required Experience & Profile
  • Senior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreat, or private residence management
  • Demonstrated exposure to addiction recovery, mental health, or trauma‑informed environments
  • Strong operational coordination and people‑management skills
  • High emotional intelligence, maturity, and resilience
  • Experience working with HNWI / UHNWI clientele
  • Absolute discretion and ethical integrity
This Is NOT an Ordinary Hotel Role
The successful candidate must understand that :
  • Guests are clients in recovery, not tourists
  • Structure, routine, and calm operations are part of the recovery process
  • Emotional sensitivity, boundaries, and predictability are critical
  • Hospitality decisions can directly impact mental and emotional stability
Reporting Line

Reports to General Manager / Clinical Liaison / Managing Director

Works in continuous coordination with Recovery Program Leadership
