Looking for an energetic and proactive manager for the pre-open and development of the GettSleep Madrid capsule hotel

Responsibilities :

Overseeing operational functions, profitability and service standards. Training and managing staff, resolving complaints, quality control. Budget planning, marketing, procurement and contracting. Sales development, analysing reports, innovating. Searching, hiring, motivating and professional development of the team.

Requirements :

Experience in HoReCa or closely related fields, 3 or more years of team management. Higher professional education, experience in launching or re-launching properties. Strong sales and marketing skills, willingness to work irregular hours.
