As our Head of Sales in Spain, you will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role is a perfect blend of leadership, strategy, and execution, requiring a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team across multiple functions, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Sales Development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Own the sales budget, prepare sales forecasts, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the sales process.
  • Foster a high-performing and collaborative environment and focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Extensive and proven experience in this role previously, within the SaaS/Marketplace industry (scale up).
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling field sales operations.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience managing teams of 40+ sales representatives.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • A highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
