A leading environmental services company is seeking a Head of OEM Stationary Business Development to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this remote role, you will manage the Stationary OEM sales channel across Europe, requiring strong HVAC industry connections and a proactive sales mentality. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, along with experience in the heat pumps and chillers sector. Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional European languages being a plus.

This role helps us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. It serves as a point of contact between A-Gas and our customers and prospects, responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers. The role contributes to achieving our European commercial goals.

Reports to: European Commercial Director

Principal Place of Work: Remote / Home-Based in Germany, Italy, or the Netherlands with regular travel to customer sites, offices, and A-Gas Europe sites.

As our new Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind:

  • Meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by maintaining competitiveness and innovation.
  • Managing and developing the Stationary OEM sales channel across Europe with full P&L responsibility.
  • Owning the sales relationship with existing OEMs and developing the refrigerant product portfolio to increase market share.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience selling products into the heat pumps and chillers industry.
  • Strong network within the HVAC industry.
  • Experience selling products within technical fields.
  • Proven ability to build long-term business partnerships.
  • Experience owning P&L for a sales channel.
  • Proactive 'sales hunter' mentality with a target-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Technical understanding of industrial gases and/or refrigerants preferred.
  • Multilingual skills, including other European languages, are a plus.
