We’re looking for a visionary Head of Internal Events to lead BrainRocket’s event strategy and execution across our multiple locations — Valencia, Cyprus, Portugal, Poland, Armenia, and Serbia

You’ll own the entire lifecycle of our internal events - from spark to spectacle - with a focus on large-scale, multi-location experiences. Whether it’s milestone celebrations, company festivals, cultural activations, or regional summits, you’ll make each moment count.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major events for BrainRocket and its partners
• Curate and elevate events across all BrainRocket locations; oversee, coach, and align EB & Event Managers in all locations to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment
• Create innovative and memorable concepts, independently or with agency partners
• Manage logistics at scale - including participant travel, international coordination, production, and on-site execution
• Build pre-event anticipation and post-event engagement with strategic communications
• Track and report on key KPIs: attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and brand perception
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, elevated ideas to the table
  
  

What You Bring

• A proven track record of delivering large-scale events (3,000+ attendees) with complex logistical demands
• Experience running events across multiple countries or locations, ideally in a high-growth or creative industry
• Exceptional project management and vendor leadership skills
• A creative mind with a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Confident handling budgets, contracts, and production timelines

• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a strong advantage
• Experience in immersive, employee-driven, or hybrid event formats is a big plus
