An emerging energy company is seeking a Head of Engineering to manage all technical aspects of energy storage projects across Europe, preferably located in Spain. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of engineering experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and an opportunity to lead innovative projects in a dynamic team.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 1 year in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering efforts on energy storage projects.
• Manage technical aspects across various projects in Europe.

Conocimientos

Electrical engineering expertise

Profile: Electrical Engineer (preferred), 5+ yrs experience (1+ in BESS), fluent English & Spanish (Italian / Polish a plus)
