Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Growth team and take full ownership of landing page performance and funnel conversion optimization.

Your mission will be to increase conversion rates across the funnel — from first click to lead or sale — by optimizing structure, UX, copy, and testing new hypotheses weekly. You’ll work closely with our Paid Media and Data teams to ensure every campaign scales efficiently.

If you’re a detail-obsessed growth marketer who loves testing, knows how to build landing pages (or work closely with those who do), and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What we’re looking for
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or conversion-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of landing page design principles and UX best practices.
  • Experience running A / B tests with tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, etc.
  • Comfortable working with GA4, Hotjar / Clarity, and Looker Studio or similar.
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to experimentation.
  • Fluent in English — both spoken and written.
  • French is a strong plus (not mandatory).
  • Bonus: experience working with Framer, Amplitude or similar tools to build / edit landing pages.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the performance and testing roadmap for our landing pages and forms.
  • Analyze conversion data and user behavior to identify friction points.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests and UX experiments.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers and copywriters to implement changes.
  • Work closely with Paid Media to align landing pages with campaigns and offers.
  • Continuously iterate on layouts, structure, CTA hierarchy and messaging.
  • Document learnings and build CRO playbooks to scale across markets.
