Strategy and Operations is a team of tactical business thinkers and operations specialists who support the VP, Marketing EMEA and the EMEA Marketing Management Group in setting regional strategy, allocating resources, building marketing to scale, optimizing business impact and ROI, and articulating marketing’s goals for communication.
In this role, you will define and run the business management for EMEA Marketing, optimizing ROI, building and driving action plans against priorities.
You will ensure operational discipline in the management of EMEA Marketing business through business management processes, OKR setting, budget and headcount management, and organizational excellence.
You will be the executive leader and manager of a team of experienced strategists and marketing program managers, providing excellent consultancy, project management, and marketing capabilities.
