A leading healthcare company in Sant Cugat del Vallès seeks a Global Supply Planning Analyst (Temporary) to create and manage global supply plans for the Diagnostics Division. The role involves optimizing inventory levels and collaboration across departments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is required. This position offers a hybrid work model and flexible hours.

Formación

Mission

Reporting to the Global Supply Planning Manager, will be the responsible to create and to manage a global supply plan for a group of products of Grifols Diagnostics Division

What your responsibilities will be

- Run the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Review process

  • Maintain/update planning parameters in SAP (ie. Safety stocks, MOQ..) by ensuring its alignment within regions, service level and production capacity.
  • Run MRP process at Affiliates SAP plants and Supply&Demand (SDD) MRP Areas
  • Prepare and share the supply requirements plan with Industrial
  • Highlight and escalation supply constrained situations to Demand Planning/Commercial for demand allocation prioritisation and review
  • Ensure that supply planning activities happen on time with the right quality.
  • Deliver full visibility to the business on the supply plans and the financial reconciliation associated to them.

- Optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability on the market for Affiliates and Distributors

- Monitor and run action plan improvements for critical supply planning KPIs (OTIF, MOH, Scrap & Supply requirements variability)

  • Monitor root cause analysis and run action plan implementation for any metrics deviation
  • Provide the information to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing

Develop and stablish high level of collaboration between departments.

  • Collaborate with other departments on data flows to support integrated business planning
  • Participate and ensure the supply of new product launches
  • Manage product lifecycle situations and adjust supply planning processes and tools properly
  • Implement process improvements by partnering with other Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT and the rest of Supply Chain

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Demand/Inventory/Supply Planning functions
  • Expert in SAP SD/MM/PP
  • Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Proactive self-starter dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in ambiguous situations and respond appropriately in a timely manner
  • Excellent analytical skill to interpret complex data and effective problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Desirable: Pharmaceutical industry background

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
