A leading company in the luxury sector seeks a Pricing Manager to optimize pricing strategies across various regions. You will collaborate closely with brand teams and management to implement insightful pricing strategies while providing analytical support to drive decision-making. The role requires significant interaction with senior management, making it crucial for candidates to possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Mission: Maximize top-line growth by ensuring a consistent pricing approach across all regions and channels, with a strong focus on capability development - particularly in Niche Fragrances.
• Pricing Strategy:
Collaborate with brand teams to define the pricing strategy for each brand, including positioning for recurring products and new launches. Provide insights, analysis, and expertise to support brand decision-making, ensuring clear objectives for each product line.
• Pricing Execution:
Implement the pricing strategy across different geographies through annual price increases. Consider local specifics, competition, performance, and macroeconomic factors (e.g., inflation, exchange rates) to achieve consistent and coherent pricing across all regions and channels.
• Pricing Intelligence and tools:
Monitor strategy, ensure execution and generate insights to fuel pricing process. Improve automatization of process to ease both pricing decision and implementation by markets. Set up and calibrate monitoring tools (Dataseekers) and analysis tools (thermometers) in different segments.
