The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven skills in project management, and the ability to optimize casting processes. Responsibilities include defining industrial processes for aluminum parts, supporting global manufacturing sites, and leading innovation projects. Proficiency in English is essential, while French is an advantage.

• Proven track record in LPDC and GDC aluminum casting processes and industrialization of new parts.
• Excellent skills in defect analysis and process optimization.
• Strong competencies in project management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the global technical reference for LPDC and GDC processes.
• Define and validate industrial processes for new aluminum casting parts.
• Support global manufacturing sites to achieve QCD targets.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for casting defects.
• Drive innovation projects in LPDC/GDC technologies.
