The role requires expertise in statutory reporting under IFRS and local GAAP, along with previous leadership experience in accounting. Formación

• Qualified accountant equivalent or in France DESCF/DEC.
• Proven experience in accounting transfer or Shared Service Center setup.
• Strong background in statutory reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Previous leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Experience in manufacturing and complex business environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the migration of accounting activities and build a high-performing team.
• Manage all accounting operations: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, fixed assets, bank accounts.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for external and internal auditors.
• Drive process improvements and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Group.
