Schedule: 39h/week (Hybrid)

Salary Package:

Base salary: from 24,310 up to 30,000 gross/year (depending on experience)

Bonus: 3,500 to 4,290 gross/year

We are looking for a strategic, results driven German Speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with high value clients across major industries such as retail, travel, and other large business sectors deliveringtailored advertising strategies that create measurable impact.

This is not just account management: you will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients with advanced, data driven recommendations and long-term growth vision.

What You Will Do

Partner with large scale, high revenue clients to design, refine, and optimize Google Ads strategies.

Provide consultative, value driven support, offering insights, recommendations, and long-term strategic roadmaps.

Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships focused on sustainable impact.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and effective implementation.

Align advertising initiatives with clients broader business goals for maximized results.

Offer expert guidance on Google Ads tools, features, and best practices.

What You Bring

BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Native-level (C2) German + strong English skills.

12 years of experience in sales or online advertising (Google Ads experience strongly preferred).

Proven track record working with large businesses (retail, travel, or related sectors).

Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver advanced marketing consultations.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build long-term trust.
