What will you do?

• Provide remote IT support to retail store systems and applications
• Ensure proper documentation following ITIL guidelines
• Guide users toward self-service solutions and provide technical advice
• Act as an advocate for user needs within the IT department
• Continuously improve the global IT Service Desk
• Troubleshoot incidents and fulfill service requests

Requirements

• Experience with POS systems is a plus
• Basic skills in troubleshooting hardware/software
• Understanding of network concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends
• Fluent in German and English
• Affinity for IT and technical solutions
