Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Full-time (39h/week Monday to Friday)

Purpose of the Role

As a Business Development Representative you will identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and proposing digital advertising solutions. You will be the first point of contact for multiple businesses, proactively engaging decision‑makers and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs)
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Educate customers on digital advertising and online solutions
  • Execute outbound calls and emails (including cold calling)
  • Engage decision‑makers, build rapport and assess business needs
  • Align customer challenges with appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Work toward individual and team KPIs (productivity, conversion, pipeline)
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and consistently
Requirements
  • German C2 level (mandatory)
  • English C1 level (mandatory)
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience or strong interest in B2B outbound sales or business development
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven phone‑based environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer and general IT skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience in IT, digital advertising or cloud‑related sales
  • Previous cold‑calling or prospecting experience
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Goal‑oriented, proactive and resilient mindset
