Responsibilities
  • Close Reservations: Receive inbound calls in German and secure hotel bookings.
  • Customer Support: Provide professional assistance and resolve inquiries.
  • Sales Focus: Use your commercial skills to maximize opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects quality and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
  • Language Skills: Native / fluent in German with good English skills.
  • Sales Mindset: Previous sales or commercial experience is essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Team Spirit: Comfortable working in a multicultural, dynamic team.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday (09:00–20:00, alternating weekends).
