Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person medical examinations at the physician's private clinic/office or at a location provided by AMC.
• Perform examinations strictly in accordance with the guidelines provided by the U.S. Military’s designated web portal and AMC’s internal protocols.
• Accurately document all required clinical findings and observations during the examination in the format and structure outlined in the official training course.
• Ensure that each medical report meets the mandatory standards for completeness, clarity, and compliance; incomplete or improperly submitted reports may be rejected.
• Promptly submit completed medical reports via the designated portal following each examination, and notify AMC of submission status.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient information, medical reports, and examination details in accordance with AMC policies and legal obligations.
• Refrain from initiating or continuing any communication with patients outside of the scheduled examination sessions.
• Do not contact or communicate with any U.S. Military personnel or administrative entities (the exception being only the Military Nurse); all external communications and scheduling are managed exclusively by AMC.
