You will build relationships with local partners and support the execution of trips across the Mediterranean.

We're Hiring : Fully remote Tour Operations Specialist at Gustoventura

We're currently looking for a Remote Tour Operations Specialist to join our brand Gustoventura , which curates immersive, food- and culture-focused trips across the Mediterranean. If you're organized, people-savvy, and fluent in multiple languages, keep reading — this might be your dream job.

What You’ll Do

As our new Tour Operations Specialist , you'll ensure the smooth execution of our small-group tours by :

• Coordinating all logistics : accommodations, local guides, transport, activities
• Building and nurturing relationships with local partners
• Negotiating contracts and securing the best services at fair prices
• Supporting the development of new destinations
• Acting as a key point of contact for real-time support during tours

You'll work closely with our international team and have the opportunity to shape meaningful travel experiences in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece , and new destinations to come.

What You Bring

Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

Experience working with service providers in at least one of our destinations

Tech-savvy and curious about digital tools

A collaborative spirit and can-do attitude

Fluent in English + at least one of the following : Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek

Willingness to travel during peak seasons (Mar–May, Sep–Nov)

Bonus Points For :

Prior tour operations experience in the Mediterranean region

A background in tourism, hospitality, or travel coordination
