Skill-set.co is seeking a Full-Stack AI Developer to lead the development of PathPilot, a cutting-edge AI-driven career navigation tool. This role entails creating the MVP of a chatbot that assesses user skills and goals, integrating API functionalities, and designing an engaging user experience. This project-based, remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer passionate about AI and user-centric design.

Formación

• Proven experience in AI development and product management.
• Solid knowledge of building interfaces and integrating APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Career Path Bot MVP, ensuring integration of AI features.
• Engage in prompt engineering and dashboard integration.
• Oversee the entire development cycle from frontend to backend.

Conocimientos

Experience with GPT / Co Pilot-based applications

End-to-end product mindset

Strong knowledge of OpenAI API

Conversational UI experience

We're looking for a

Full-Stack AI Developer

who’s experienced in GPT/Co-Pilot-based apps and can own the entire dev cycle from front to backend, including smart prompt engineering, dashboard integration, and UX/UI.

What you'll build?

Career Path Bot (PathPilot) MVP with all required interfaces (e.g., Chat UX/UI that interviews users on their skills, role, goals, etc.)

Requirements:

• Proven experience building GPT / Co Pilot-based applications
• End-to-end product mindset: UI + logic + API integration
• Strong knowledge of OpenAI API (chat completion, fine-tuning optional)
• Experience with conversational UI, state/session handling

Qualifications:

• English speaking, writing, and daily communication - A MUST
• Project-based position with option to extend - Full remote

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with L&D; or HR tech products
• Familiarity with linking outputs to a learning system
• Built chatbots for learning or career support
• Deployed bots that generate actionable PDFs
• Used AI to guide user journeys or skill-building
• Integrated APIs into low-code LMS platforms
