Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a welcoming environment for guests, serving as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Verify that all necessary documents and payments have been received prior to guest arrival and confirm rooms are ready.
- Accurately process charges upon check-out.
- Efficiently distribute work assignments to maintenance and housekeeping departments as reported to the front desk.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager as directed.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and promote core values through exceptional customer service.
- Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, answering telephones, and maintaining the smooth operation of the reception area.
- Responsible for registering and unregistering guests, as well as managing key distribution when applicable.
- Coordinate mail and parcel delivery for both staff and guests, ensuring efficient distribution.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring any updates are understood and implemented accordingly.
