A customer services company in Esplugues de Llobregat is seeking an individual for a guest relations role. Responsibilities include managing check-in/check-out processes, providing administrative support to the manager, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a 6-month contract with possible renewal, requiring 40 weekly hours across shifts from Monday to Sunday.

  • Perform general office duties.
  • Manage guest registration and key distribution.
  • Coordinate mail and parcel delivery for staff and guests.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming environment for guests, serving as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Verify that all necessary documents and payments have been received prior to guest arrival and confirm rooms are ready.
  • Accurately process charges upon check-out.
  • Efficiently distribute work assignments to maintenance and housekeeping departments as reported to the front desk.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager as directed.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and promote core values through exceptional customer service.
  • Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, answering telephones, and maintaining the smooth operation of the reception area.
  • Responsible for registering and unregistering guests, as well as managing key distribution when applicable.
  • Coordinate mail and parcel delivery for both staff and guests, ensuring efficient distribution.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring any updates are understood and implemented accordingly.
Schedule

Monday to Sunday / Shifts / 40 weekly hours.
